Customer service is the lifeblood of my business.  It's about bringing the customer back for repeat business in bookkeeping, payroll or preparing and lodging their Business Activity Statements, and making them happy enough to recommend my business to others.  Sound familiar.  Well, if you want to get ahead of your competition then you need to have 'Excellent Customer Service':

-  Train your staff to be courteous
